"I’ve utilized Mr. Thorp’s location for the last two years for my renter’s insurance. On 2/18/26, I called hoping to receive a quote for auto insurance, as I felt my current coverage was extremely overpriced. In the past, I had reached out and never received a follow-up, but I’m glad I decided to try again.

Mr. Brad Thomas was very pleasant and initially let me know that an agent would contact me, as soon as one came available. I shared my previous experience, and he assured me he would follow up later to ensure I received a callback. He did exactly that.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a call back from another agent, but Brad was diligent, kept his word, and personally assisted me with the process.
It’s rare to conduct business over the phone and feel genuinely taken care of from the moment you hear hello to the moment you say goodbye.
