"I know very little about home insurance, I called and spoke to Wendy with Bill Thorpe State Farm insurance for a quote. I was amazed at her knowledge of the field of insurance. She had an answer for every question. She never made me feel that she was in a hurry to get off the phone. She gave me her undivided attention. She made the process effortless. "This agency left my apartment building without insurance. They gave me a quote and sent it to my mortgage company. The mortgage company for some reason didn't pay them, or maybe they're delaying the payment, or maybe something else. The thing is, I didn't know about! No one communicated with me! I tried sending emails, and no one responded! Thanks, State Farm, for leaving me uninsured and not even telling me about it! Amanda was working on my insurance quote and I thought everything was fine. It's not."

"State Farm Insurance, Bill Thorp office in particular has always been there for all my insurance needs. During the last couple of months since my car was totaled, I have relied on them to walk me through the process of filing a claim, transferring my insurance to my new car and filing another claim when the windshield was damaged. The ladies in the office always answer the phone cheerfully and there is no stress ever in completing what needs to be done. They take care of it all and I feel very fortunate to have all of them in my corner! Plus they look for ways to save me money! Love that 😉 Thank you Bill Thorp office!! 🤝"

"I've never been disappointed with my coverage through Bill Thorp - State Farm. They've always been there when I needed them. They even assigned me a guardian angel to watch over me. "I was insured with them. So when I moved my father here I sent him to them. I felt they took advantage of him. 3 policies? Then, 5 months of repeated efforts to resolve his insurance cancelation after his death. (So, as you're dealing with a death, they made things not difficult but impossible. Thanks, Bill At the two month point, Bill Thorp apologized as I was sitting in his office and told me it would be handled. It was not. So more calls and more calls. I have a new insurance agency now. Go elsewhere"
